"A fun little update for you... I got my first (and only) client back in May and had agreed to reduce my price as an 'introductory fee'. (it was a mistake, and wouldn't do it again in the future -- once you give a discount, it seems they keep expecting discounts -- doesn't matter the results you've given them).
My 'normal' price is $997/month for my employment marketing done-for-you service. He negotiated for $600/month + a pretty pathetic bonus structure and I jumped at it on a 3-month trial basis.
Our three months is up, so I sent an email informing him if he's happy with my services, his next invoice would reflect my normal $997 price.
He responded he couldn't afford it, but wanted me to train him to do what I do in one months time -- including 3 in-person trainings -- for my $997 rate. This would have completely taken up all of my time - wouldn't allow me to find other clients or work for other clients... and I would have spent 6 hours on the road in just drive time.
This time I stood up for myself, and said I would be happy to offer him a limited training, virtually, for $997 but wouldn't be able to go much into strategy and certainly wouldn't be able to do in-person trainings. He agreed!
Before this, I would have just accepted his offer, and I would have been offended/upset about it, but accepted it anyway. This way, I'm happy with what I'm offering at the price he can afford. It's another $997 in my bank account, and frees me up to find a new client that pays me my worth from the start! Thank you Rebecca Hawkes!"

- How long are the training modules?Each video training is between 20-45 minutes long however you'll need to pause the trainings throughout so you can complete the exercises. You can expect to spend between 60-90 minutes on each module. It's also recommended you spend a minimum of 15 minutes per day completing the confidence boosting exercises you'll learn throughout the programme. There's 3+ hours of bonus video trainings.
- Is this just for social media managers?Whilst the course is targeted at social media managers based on my own experience as a SMM, the strategies within the course can be applied to other businesses too. Just bear in mind the language used talks about a social media management business.
